Medicine under R20 can not be bought using a medical aid

Went to the clicks Pharmacy in soshanguve plaza to buy an ointment for my child's ****les on the head then the pharmacist his name is Vincent Molele recommended a blue and white box topical cream and he said it works but I can't pay for it using a medical aid as it is R15 and what commission is he gonna make through medical aid, at the time he was shouting being loud so that everyone can hear, then he said my medical aid is not registered with their clicks, then after he said it is not going through. I then told him that I'm going to report him and he said he doesn't mind loosing his job and I told him that previously I bought things like antiseptic cream which was less than R10 so because he doesn't want less money he is not processing it through.
