Medicine not delivered

My mother has been waiting for more than a week for chronic medicine that was supposed to be delivered by Clicks Direct Medicine. Numerous emails went unanswered. An operarot at their help desk informed me that the medicine was accidently sent to a patient unknown to us. She undertook to resolve the issue, but nothing came of this. My mother subsequently got medicine from a more reliable supplier. I am however worried about the person who got the wrong medicine. This could be fatal. Please stay away from Clicks Direct Medicines. Not delivering medicine, or delivering it to the wrong people with no feedback is a serious matter.
