Medicine exposed to high temperatures

I went to Clicks, Sasolburg on the 6th of July and I have a question. Since Clicks offers a pharmacy dispensary, isn't it irresponsible for staff to run the aircons on such high heat? Shouldn't medicine be kept at a lower temperature? And make-up? Even though it is winter, we experience very mild winters. When I entered the shop the heat was overwhelming to such an extent that I felt physically ill after a few minutes and had to leave because I was near fainting. I overheard other clients complain as well.
