Medicine bottle not closed properly
I bought medicine today 09.02.2015, when I got home I realised that one of the bottles was not closed properly, as almost the whole contents of the bottle got spilled in the clicks plastic bag and into my bag. I called clicks and a lady by the name of Portia told me I have to buy the medicine again. I find it to be so unfair as this was not my fault, she even insinuated that I broke the bottle, I always buy medicine from Clicks and nothing like this has never happened!
