Medicince always delivered late

I have Diabetic medicine on repeat delivered with Clicks Direct Medicine. This year, out of the 11 months, the medicine was delivered late at least 4 times. And for 2 of those times I actually had to query them before they realised that my medicine should have been delivered already. This last month, my medicine was supposed to be processed by 21/11 and delivered a few days later. On the 28th, when I queried it - a week later - they ONLY realised that it has not ben processed yet and started the process on the 30th of November. Now, as it was already a week late, one would expect them to make sure that the medicine is delivered soonest. N o Way - Not clicks !!!!. It is now another 5 business days later and still no medicine. I could accept this if this was only cosmetics or something, but this is LIFE SAVING medicine, whicih is now already almost 2 weeks late!!!! Not happy at all. I am moving my service.
