Medication Prescription not showing on profile

I got a 6 month prescription from my doctor which I went to receive at the clicks pharmacy at Selcourt towers in January. When I go receive the medication at Northmead mall they say they can't see the prescription on my profile. Your system is going to **** someone one day. I'm so disappointed. I left the store without my medication!!!!
