Medication please

I went to Clicks Pharmacy some time last year and they changed me for medication and promised to SMS me when its available never received an SMS. Eventually when I remembered I went back and I was told they can see on the system I haven't collected my medication but they cant find it as i took long to collect it. <br> <br> I was promised another SMS and it has been 3 weeks, still no SMS. Can I please have the medication rightfully belonging to me as I've paid for it.
