Medication delevery delay

Good day,

I am beyond angry and frustrated, i went to one of your pharmacies (Birchleigh North) and had a script for a chronic medication for my child with needs, i was told that that the medication will be delivered on the 10th , i just called the store guess what , the medication is not yet arrived and my child does not have medication anymore

How can i be mislead and how can your people put my childs health at risk like this?

I need the medication to be delivered notblater than today, my child depends on it. They shoukd told me that they dont have the medication, i would have gone to Dischem, i mean Clicks is not the only pharmacy
