Medical aid ***** at Clicks Sophiatown

Received an sms from my Medical aid on 7/9/2021 for a claim from the Clicks in my area, for the Service date 6/9/2021. I wasn't in the area that day and immediately tried contacting the store. I tried numerous times in the following days but none of the calls at the pharmacy was answered. I went to the store a few days later to enquired and was advised that it would be investigated and I would receive a call in 2 days. I didn't receive a call and went back into the store on 16/9/2021. I demanded the receipt and the video footage in store to see who came in to claim and collect the medication. After waiting 40 minutes, I was provided the receipt and questioned why I was not provided with the footage to see who the person was. The Pharmacist kept saying that they built relationships with people in the community and that's the reason for them not requesting identification and that the person who claimed the medication was my husband. I told him that I am not married and my boyfriend has never been to the chemist to collect my medication. To add injury to I sult, he asked for my Boyfriends number and called him to verify my claim that we were not home on the claimed date. I want the footage of the person who signed for it as this is ***** and if it is still denied, I am left to believe that your Pharmacist are commit g *****
