Medical aid ******

Clicks pharmacy has made a mess each time I get my script loaded with them it becomes a hassle getting my medication as they always mix up my profile and open hundred profiles on my name. They always get confused and start blaming each other for different profiles opened on my name. I spend hours and hours while they are trying to figure out the hot mess. Now to my shock, Clicks Rosebank has claimed from my medical aid for the medication I never received. I only asked for the medication to be loaded. Bunch of idiots and ******. Bring back my money or else I will report this as ********** to my medical aid
