May I please have my money back

I bought items online paid and it was confirmed that I can come to the store to collect the items, get to the store items not ready cancelled the order in store paid cash I was promised the refund in 2-3 weeks this was late July early August, every time I phone the contact centre I get told someone will phone me back I have a dozen of emails stated that some will contact me. order ref number # OFT1T ********** 9 cancellation ref # ********** 7 May I please have my money bac****! tired of this now............
