Mapule Matshaka - Employee of the Year

This is a very delayed rating due to the December rush and also the January craze but here goes, in December 2023, my wife and I popped into the Clicks store at the Glen Mall. My wife was looking for a specific cream and could not seem to find it. along came an employee named Mapule Matshaka who happily assisted us and advised the item is not on the shelf but did pick up the label was on the shelving. she then went to the stock room, we by then already assumed there was no stock and continued shopping. Mapule came back to us after some time and was holding the product my wife wanted.

Most employees would have taken it at face value that the product was out of stock, but Mapule went over and above her duties and made sure she checked if there was stock and even looked for us in the store and brought the product to us.

A big Thank you Mapule for showing us that customer centric attitudes are alive and well.

Clicks.......you have a brilliant employee that displays all the qualities of someone that is loyal to the brand. Please recognize her for her good work, this would only ensure that the method of work is duplicated with all Clicks employees throughout all stores.
