Manger pheto or p her attitudes stinks

Today I visited clicks gillwell mall east london and had a very very bad experience there from manageress. I picked up an item and the price was different then shelves. The cashier sent a girl to confirm and then ask the management to change the price. Lady who is a managers Pheto or pay came to the tills. Didn't greet me as a client and said to the cashiers that you called me to change only 1 Rands price. She said this in xhosa I heard and understood what she is saying. I ask her is there a problem for you to change this or what is the problem. She didn't reply to me and keep on giving me attitude. I am do shocked to receive this type of behaviour from management it's unacceptable. Very very very bad.
