Mandy's Facial Hair Removal Is ****!

Absolutely disappointed at how a product from Clicks "Mandy's Hair Removal" could cost so much but do none of what it says its' product can do. I have wasted R72 on a product that didn't even one facial hair from my face. I followed the instructions carefully, apply the skin protector, rub in well until fully dissolved, once done you should immediately apply step two... wait for 10 minutes but not longer than 15. And guess what, nothing happened. Not a drop of hair from my testing area. And I tested on a fairly small area but nothing came out! I would like a refund please. The product is still in tact as I used a very small amount of it.
