MANAGERS WRETCHED SERVICE AT ALEX MALL .

I am so Flabbergasted by the service received at Clicks Alex mall, I bought one of their sale items at Norwood mall and went to Alex mall to exchange it , the manager there by the name of Themba refused and the staff there are just hooligans who were stopped several times not to interfere by their manager. He also wanted to proof a point that its his way or the high way and asked one of the staff members to take the item back to the shelve proving a point that he is not going to assist I just felt belittled as a customer, I further requested to speak to the area manager by the name of Lesiba whom I was told that he/she said they cant help me I must go back were I bought the item and exchange it there. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE RENDERED BY CLICKS AND ITS MANAGERS. ITS A TOTAL DISGRACE IF WE STILL RECEIVE OR TREATED LIKE THIS IN THIS ERA.
