Manager who cant take decisions

Dear clicks I'm so disappointed with the service I got from Clicks flora center today.what type of managers do you hire.i went there to get my chronic medication.the manager told me about SOP's.i even Berg him to leave my licence because this is the matter of life and death instead he said rather people die than to issue medication without scanning it.i mean really.as I'm writing i do not have medication and by the look of things even tomorrow i will not because there will be load shedding.this is so phathetic
