Manager turning clicks into aftercare

On entering the Clicks Oxford Street East London Store there was a child sitting on the entrance blocking the way to go in. Apparently ths child goes there everyday after school to wait for his mother who is a manager there. Most of the time he is running around the isles disturbing the customers. We asked the staff about this child nd they said they cant do anything as they irritated as well with the situation. We even recorded this child we have footage of him blocking the entrance as customers come in. Since when did Clicks become so badly managed ? Or has this store become an aftercare for the manager ?
