Manager that does not acknowledge unhappy customers

I am not happy with the treatment i got to click lochlogan (waterfront) Blomeofntein. The lady at the door was very rude to us as we were trying to understand why the store was closed, I proceed to ask the manager to reprimand her at he have me an attitude as if i was not a valued customer.
