Manager/ Supervisor at Clicks Norwood Mall

Today I was at Clicks in Norwood Mall waiting in the queue to pay. There was an extremely rude customer verbally attacking your manager or supervisor when he was sorting out his issue at the tills. This horrid customer was repeatedly shouting at this manager/ supervisor as he seemed like such a horrible human being trying to belittle the manager/ supervisor all while the manager stayed calm and professional with this disgusting man.I was a witness to this 'attack' and seriously think you should keep security in your stores to throw people like this out! Sorry for your ordeal to this manager/supervisor but well done for keeping your calm and staying professional.
