Manager slams door in my face. What happened to TCF?

Today i got to Clicks Edgemead at 13:55. Nolo, the Trainee Manager advised that the store just closed and i was not allowed in because she had to get home and had no lift home. I offered to take her home if she would allow me to just get the meds i need inside. She then laughed at me and said no i would have to take everyone home. I was dissapointed in her reaction and asked for her name and she said:"Nolo, report me to head office, who ever i dont care". I was so shocked at her response that i laughed... I then told her that the store is supposed to close at 2pm and she knew she was going to work until 2 pm so y close the store earlier as i rushed there to make it in time. She then laughed in my face, shut the doors and walked away. I have never seen anyone in retail behave like this ever. What gives Clicks the right? Just because you are an essential store, so "management" can treat customers like this? Im a regular in this store and highly dissapointed. What happened to treating customers fairly?
