Manager Refuses to help!!

On the 30 Aug 2018 i bought Turbovite at the Clicks Northvaal Arcade (Pretoria CBD.. It was during my lunch break. I got a plastic bag from them.. I left and when to Ackermans wich is about a block away. As I was walking the clicks bag broke and the Turovite broke all over my wallet , cellphone ect. Accross from aAckermans is another Clicks. I went to the Manager Manganyi Amukelani and explain my situation. He refused to help and said I must go back to the Clicks where I bought the Turbovite. I explained to him that my lunch is over and I don't have time. He refused to help. I said but Clicks is the same company and still he refused. I am highly disgusted i Clicks and the Manger and quality of their bags witch I paid for . Where is you customer services!!!!!! Get your quality of your bags in order!
