Manager needs to manage his branch more professionally

I always go through to Gateway clicks and the lines to pay are always wrong. The shop is certainly not managed properly. Today there were two tellers while the rest stood chatting with their manager and laughing in fact screaming almost like we were in a pub or shabeen. I confronted them and many other customers began asking whether only two tellers work at Clicks. The manager looked at me as if I was stupid and didn't apologize and his colleagues gave me attitude especially one specifically being Nonhlanla Majozi. Pathetic how people are not looking after there jobs whilst there are desperate people out there.
