Management Rudeness

I purchased Volcano Folding Headphones from Clicks Atlas Mall 2 months ago. Now the folding part got loose and therefore can't be put over the ears, ie. Not usable. The headphones have a 12 months warranty. I went back to Clicks Atlasville, the manager there by the name of Matthew's was very rude to me telling me he won't refund or exchange them for me because according to him I am the one who broke them and there is nothing wrong with the quality. He literally told me since I am the first person to complain my reasons for seeking a refund are not valid, he told me with a straight in front of customers that I will not get a refund and he walked away and left me with the tellers. If that's how Clicks treat their customers after getting the money.... Then I am done with them
