Mall @ red Click Pharmacy supervisor is a ******

On the 4th of June, my wife and I went to the clicks pharmacy located within Mall @ reds to get some medication for my son, the prescription was given telephonically by the doctor to the attendant, the India lady who was the supervisor approved the medication to be dispense and we left.

On the 18th of June, I went to the same clicks pharmacy located within Mall @ reds, the doctor spoke with the attendant to give the prescription telephonically, subsequently the white man who happens to be the supervisor on duty that morning over ruled the black guy who took the prescription from the doctor and said the medication will not be dispensed for me, I asked the supervisor why, he said he is not fami**** with the Doctor hence he will not dispense the medication to me, it this because I am black, and the doctor is also black? He will sure not do that to a white man.

Please beware of this pharmacy as the white man’s behaviour to black patient is horrible, despite the fact that I was not feeling fine, he still went ahead with is ****** behaviour. What a shame. It is disgusting that in this time and age, a pharmacy like clicks will treat black people Discriminatory. He was not even repentant, telling me to go and report to the pharmacy council of South Africa etc.

I then went to Dischem pharmacy in the mall directly opposite, the medication was dispensed without any issue, the supervisor did not even need to do anything, the attendant did the job directly without wasting time, 4 days later I have to get a follow-up medication and Dischem pharmacy attendant dispense the medication again without any question.
