Makeup girl fights customers

Went to clicks Hydepark and was appalled at the service, my friend accidentally opened a mascara and got attacked by the lady working at the makeup counter she had braids with a fringe the lady was so rude to us shat the manager came out she ignored her manager and threatened to beat us up she was using very strong language and accusing us of always coming to clicks and doing our make up which is false my friend took me to clicks because that day was my farewell at work and she wanted to spoil me and get me some makeup, this girl was so rude that instead of just telling us we not supposed to open the mascara as it’s not a tester she kept yelling at us saying we must leave her stock alone, she kept on yelling threats saying she can’t wait to knock off so she can beat us up. Now is this kind of behavior really necessary? How do you speak to customers in that manner? We ended up leaving and went to rosebank clicks were the sevice was excellent.
