Make-up section consultant doing her own make-up instead of assisting clients

<p>I don't know why I am posting this, I post a comment, manager calls and apologizes... Client goes back and nothing changes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I stood looking at some facial products, really wanted some assistance, but the lady running the section was so busy using the samples on her own face that she didn't care about assisting the client..I lost interest and left. </p> <p>So sick of people getting paid for jobs the don't do, get off your ass and help the odd customer.... This clicks is shocking, also always two tellers max... Usually only one, they all stand in the corner chatting.... Would u call this staff, don't staff mean workers of the business??!</p>
