Made to hold while speaking to her friends

<p>Hi Clicks</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly and really disappointed at the service I got from Clicks Pharmacy Tsakane Mall, have been using Clicks Pharmacy for the past 5years and this is totally unacceptable. I had to call 3 times and still didn't get assistance from this branch, first spoke to Benjamin stating I need medication for flu and I want to send my daughter to get it for me he stated he cannot approve that because he doesn't know me, I assured him I can send all required documentation that is needed, he stated he will not approve that I should speak Opindy who put me on hold for 17min before holding the phone and telling me she cannot hear me, but was easily speaking to her friends while I was holding on the line.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to understand why should we be having 2 employees having an urgument about who should speak to me? Benjamin can hear me but cannot approve but Opindy decided she cannot hear me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Luckily I heard Opindy's response on the second call and decided to record the 3rd phone call, if you need the recording let me know.</p>
