Lying staff

<p>I went to the pharmacy and was told that the medication that I want is out of stock, I then asked when it would be in stock and the pharmacist said he did not know, which is understandable. <br />I then asked for a copy of my prescription so I could look for the medication elsewhere , the pharmacist then went to the back and returned after a few minutes and told me that he can't find the prescription and that it would take him forever to find it. He then told me to leave my number and would call me after he had found it, which I agreed to since I was in a rush. I asked him when I should expect a call, he said before the end of the day (21/11/2016) or the next day at the latest, I am still waiting; I am now convinced that he was being dismissive. Documents are filed systematically, so searching for a document should not be an insurmountable task.<br />This is my frustration; what I want is medication, something which affects my health, why am suppose to wait so long to get my prescription? It is mine, not his nor Clicks'! It takes me at least 40 minutes to get to that particular pharmacy, that is 40 minutes of my life I will never get back, never mind the amount of money that I spend to get there.</p>
