Lying personnel

I receive medication ex gratia from gems medical aid. Clicks used incorrect code to claim thus wiping out my other benefits. Called gems who says clicks is lying. I called clicks Nadeem who says gems is lying about my benefits. we are sent from pillar to post to obtain medication from clicks. My medication from clicks costs R16000 per month BUT who do or must I believe?..
