Loyalty points disappeared!!!

i had R21.32 on my Clicks card! now i see the balance to be R8.40! i didn't use that R21.32 - how did the money disappear??? i wrote to Clicks last week, no response! so much for me going to brag about them being good with their loyalty points, apparently they are not!!!
