Love cooking - hate the pan!

I received a Love Cooking red pan and lid for Christmas. The pan is beautiful, it's large and is the only pan I've found in this size so I was delighted to receive it as a gift. However, the pan started to rust. I returned it to the Meadowridge store in May and a new one was given to me, yay! Or so I thought. The new pan, within weeks, started to peel at the bottom of the pan. I use a wooden s**** in the pan and even that just seems to tear the black off the bottom of the pan. Because the 'lining' is now lifting, the pan looks like it's also rusting. It's such a disappointment, it's a beautiful pan, but obviously really poor quality.
