*********** loud unruly staff

I was at Clicks Goldman Crosding in Florida an was absolutely disgusted by the noise of the staff.

I have complained on numerous occasions of the noise caused by the staff. Laughing and shouting loudly in the store.

Secondly we had a presciption and handed same in at the medication counter.

The young guy wearing a white coat kept us waiting about half an hour. He seemed to have problems loading the script which only had 3 items on using 1 finger to load and constantly asking for help.

Surely literate and qualified people should be at that counter assisting with medication.

Is that the caliber of staff you employ?
