Lost scripts

They've lost our scripts for the second time now and claim nothing is on their system even though we're only on the second of 6 repeats. We have multiple profiles and they kept mixing them up. They are unable to merge every profile into one because their system doesn't allow it which is the dumbest problem to have with a poorly designed system in 2023. Now I have to pay my doctor's again to create new repeat scripts because they are beyond useless.
