Lost script

The service that's being provided at the Chris hani mall clicks is beyond poor;it doesn't open on time; the pharmacy staff is ***********; poor customers services. I take my chronic medication from this clicks me and my husband however we never get notification to come and get our medication; on the19th of December I went to go collect my chronic medication to my surprise my script was nowhere to be found. The management of this clicks seems to not care as well.
