Lost product

I went to buy beauty products at Clicks pharmacy Mall@lebo on the 29 December 2022.at the till things where fine then i took my plastic bag to leave,but the scan at the door made a sound so the shop manager Makwena Thamaga said i must take everything out so that they can check them so she did check everything. I went straight home but to my surprise 1 product was missing,is Himalaya face scrub worth R74,99.it was already late when i got home and since i live far from the mall i couldn't go back same day. So on 31 December 2022 i went back to the shop,and spoke to the shop manager Makwena Thamaga about what happened she just told me that she doesn't remember any of the information im telling her,so she is not going to give me another product she will have shortage in her store,and i must leave. Since i was in need of the product i bought another one.so my conclusion to this shop and its staff they are useless,why didn't she check the cctv camera ,i mean she didn't even bother to look at my slip.i am furious and think they don't know how to work with customers,she doesn't even deserve the management position at all.she didn't even have my time to listen or check for proof of some sort.im so disappointed at Clicks.
