Lost parcel

Horrible Click and Collect service. I ordered on the 14/04/2026. The click and collect was meant to take 1-3 days, called on the 20th to be told it was delivered in store. Enquired again on the 22 and was told it was delivered to the wrong store and it would be picked up on the 23rd and delivered the right store. I had to enquire again on the 27th only to be told my parcel was deemed lost in transit. I had sent an email where no one had answered enquiring about the parcel. 13 days no communication on their end only to find out that the parcel had been lost. overall very horrible serivce even from customer services
