Lost my wallet at clicks counter till hemingways mall

hello peter i left my wallet on the counter in front of the cashier on Friday at clicks hemingways mall. when i go back there in 10minutes no cashier at the till was assisting me and i asked for manager the response said no cameras in the shop. They didnt handle the matter properly , even when they talk to me was not in a good manner till now i didnt got it
