lost goods due to negligence

<p>I was at clicks with my boyfriend and the security guard told us to leave our bags at the front door, so we did . by the time we where about to leave his bag was missing and the store manager said he can't help and the fedility guys don't wana help as well and he lost his ,books,wprk contract, original copies of his achievements plus some items he bought ,this incident happened in Kimberley at park town mall , at clicks store .thank you ,your help will be much appreciated.</p> <p>Please help with this situation please.</p>
