LOST A PURSE

Hi There, Kindly note I visited Savannah Mall in Polokwane where after making a payment I left my wallet at the counter, I left on 6th January 2018 and I went back the following day which was 07th January 2018 to check if they have seen it, Everyone mentioned that they never saw it, Is it possible to surveillance of the camera and can we be assisted urgently.
