Losing patience with wrong pricing

From outside Clicks in Braamfontein looks like a professional and effective outlet. Today I just experienced for the second time unless than a month how unprofessional the shop is. Last month I took a skin clinic brand camphor and when I got to the til the price was higher than on the display. I queried this and they gave me my change. Today I took a Sunlight bar soap. It had no pricing the guy who went to check the price told me its cost R10.99. I was charged R12.95. I realized this as I got out of the store. I went back and had to stand there to be helped. Eventually I lost patience and walked out without resolving this, wrong pricing cost time and it's plain right unprofessional, please fix your prices. Makes me wonder what else I had paid at a higher price than it real,y is.
