LOSING MY SCRIPT!!

A while ago I gave in a prescription at Clicks Pharmacy, Medicross Springs. A pharmacist assistant, Naledi Cungwa,took the prescription but never centralised it on the system, so I had trouble getting my Insulin from another Clicks Pharmacy. I let it go, because everyone makes a mistake now and then – we are all human.

On 2 November 2017, I gave in 2 scripts at Clicks at Springs Mall. Again Naledi Cungwa helped me. I only took medicine for my mom and Naledi said she’ll enter my script later. I left, assuming she will do her job.

When I went to clicks yesterday, MY SCRIPT WAS NOT LOADED!! If that is not bad enough, they couldn’t even find my script!!! If I went to another Clicks, they would think I am lying, and they won’t give some of my medication because it is S5!

It scares me to think that someone like Naledi is so careless with people’s lives! I need that medication to survive on a daily basis and she just doesn’t care! I am going to lay a complaint at the Pharmacy Council as well as this is UNACCEPTABLE!!

I want to know what CLICKS is going to do to prevent this from happening again. I will not hesitate to post this complaint on HelloPeter and let South Africa know that Clicks does not care about South Africans – if they accept this behaviour from Naledi Cungwa.
