Long waiting time at pharmacy

so today I went clicks pharmacy n1 city to pick up a prescription and as usual you have to wait 20mins before you are being assist. 3 customers before me and still had to wait the full 20 mins before I decided to leave the store without medication. Thumbs up to Parow centre Clicks pharmacy as they are less staff but good customer service.
