LONG queues EVERY day!!!

As I work in The Grove Mall I shop at click frequently ( 3 -4 time per week ) and EVERY day I have to stand in a LONG queue because there is only 2 tellers working where there is space for almost 10 while the manager Elizabeth Sibiya just stands around doing nothing to help the matter. She seems to be to good to help customers. Not sure what she does then all day because it doesn't look like much. This has been going for month and months and I have really just had it!!!!!! I will rather drive to another mall to shop at another Clicks than support the one in the Grove Mall and I will tell anyone who will listen to do the same. SHOCKING!!!
