Long queues and *********** staff

Good day, I have a few complaints: 1. I have shopped at Clicks several times this year - I present my eBucks card every time I shop. Every time the cashier swipes and tells me it is fine. I have just checked my eBucks transaction history and not one Clicks earning has gone through. I was at Clicks at Blaauwberg Intercare yesterday and the manager even called someone to ask how it works and the person of authority told her that you just swipe the card and even though nothing shows, the card has registered and I will be earning, which is clearly not true. 2. Also, I stood in the queue for the pharmacy for 30min. Given the fact that this store is at a medical facility, this is unacceptable. 3. The cashier had a mask and a shield on but the mask did not cover his nose - I thought this is common knowledge that the mask should cover the nose especially given that he works in a medical facility. Please advice urgently
