Linksfield Hospital Clicks Pharmacy the slowest of all time...

Every time I have had to get medications from the Clicks Pharmacy at Netcare Linksfield Hospital I am blown away by the inefficiency and unacceptable delays. Regardless of if you are the only person in the pharmacy que, or the 10th, you are guaranteed the longest wait and slowest service you could ever experience at a pharmacy in South Africa. This has been the case for the past 5 years, but appears to be getting worse with each visit. On this particular day, I timed an average of 18 minutes per customer (feel free to check the CCTV footage to corroborate). It’s abysmal, it’s unprofessional, it’s unacceptable and to be honest it brings the entire Linksfield Hospital into disrepute. I’ve only ever come here after hours for emergencies, but I would consider taking my business elsewhere. The extra 10 minute drive to an alternative pharmacy will be saved by the slowest service of all time.
