Like *** Clicks

So I app**** for my chronic medicine through Clicks Campus Square. The script was a repeat for 6 months for Maxalt and Tripoline. I told the pharmacist on duty that they must not process the Maxalt I will come and get it when I need it in a month, he said all is fine. I further told him my medical aid is exhausted and I am going to pay cash. He confirmed all is done. Every month I got to collect my script and the script is prepared for both Maxalt and Tripoline, every month I pay cash but every month Clicks tries to claim the money from my medical aid. What must I do to stop this as I keep going in and you people cannot adhere to a simple instruction. Furthermore I app**** for a re-issue of my clubcard 2 months back and I STILL have not received my card. I should have just travelled the extra distance and gone to Dischem, they are truly pharmacists who care!!
