Life threatening!

I am obsolete disgusted in the service I received!. I am an anxiety an depression diagnosed I actually went a month in advance to give my scription . I changed over to a better option on Fedhealth. When I went to fetch my tablets ,I had to payn in R382. I only had R100 on me. The Pharmacyst at that moment came and said that I had to pay R382 before I can aet mey tablets. I asked the consultant as my Mirelle is alraedy paid for why Is it in the same bag,

Jaco the pharmacist threw papers on th ground as that happened I went to took a photo of the pharmacist on duty-thus I knew it was Jaco.

The were no help to me at all not even offering tablets till its sorted with my medical aid. I phoned Fedhealth and according to them I had to pay in R80 not R382.

He Further threatened me that I attacked the consultant - I threw my clicks card over the counter-I never Attacked her -This will be another case against him.

I will be taking legal advice tomorrow with my Doctor to take this further.
