Lies from Clicks Town Square Hillfox regarding script and making the customer wrong

I went to get medication from Clicks Townsquare for my daughter who has autism. The teller who assisted me advised have a renewal script although this was sent to Clicks Townsquare Hillfox on the 27/01/2025 and the lady Dikano confirmed this. I went yesturday and when asked how did they give me the one for February and then the Gentlemen said that the person worked on the old script.I know had to call the doctor to resend the repeat with the previous email confirming from Dikano that they received the script but then yesturday when collecting, informing me that they did not receive the script. This is very serious as people are surking responsibity and are not answerable to anything.
