Lies and terrible service

We purchased some goods, and the cashier did not swipe the clicks card, my girlfriend then asked him to swipe it which he **** and said he did. Of course he did not so we had to go to the manager to sort it out. The systems are so pathetic that they were unable to sort our problem out and we're told they would have to keep the items and come back tomorrow because they don't know how to deal with the situation. We were promised everything would be sorted the next day. I went back the next day and was told the points were loaded and we could take the goods, after wasting more petrol going a second time than the points were worth. We have since been back to clicks only to find out we were **** to and the points not even loaded. I will never be shopping at clicks again
