<p>A thermometer was returned to clicks in November because it was faulty , an incident report was filled out , they said that the thermometer was at their lab for analysis. All lies as I found out today that the thermometer had been in the stores safe all the time and only been sent to the lab today . So you get strung along for 3 months because of their incompetence and lies , this little object cost me a small fortune because of their inaccuracy on the thermometer. Absolutely disgusting service and product . So people do not buy a product that could be faulty that will cost you a fortune in its useless readings because if you're on chemo and your temp goes up you have to go to hospital for treatment as it is dangerous for a spike in temp</p>
